Supplier Days and the Business Breakfast: Key Elements of the Business Program of Kazan Oil, Gas & Chemistry 2025

The events brought together industry experts for an open discussion on the topics of import substitution, logistics, and financial solutions.
Supplier Days and the Business Breakfast were given special attention within the eventful business program of the Kazan Oil, Gas & Chemistry International Petrochemical Exhibition. These events gathered representatives from leading companies of the industry, government authorities, and financial institutions.

During the Supplier Days sessions of Gazprom PJSC, Gazprom Neft PJSC, Rosneft Oil Company PJSC, SIBUR Holding PJSC, and Tatneft PJSC named after V.D. Shashin, participants discussed current issues related to competitive procurement, import substitution, project management, and logistics, thus contributing to the increase in transparency of the industry procurement procedures.

The traditional Business Breakfast, organized by Gazprombank PJSC, once again attracted over 150 participants, serving as a platform for the discussion of financial instruments and EAEU cooperation.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that Gazprombank has been present in the Republic’s market for over 15 years and has established itself as a reliable partner, supporting economic development and innovative initiatives.

Dmitry Zauers stated,
"It is a great honor for Gazprombank to be a traditional partner of the forum and the organizer of the Business Breakfast. Tatarstan forms the backbone of the country’s industrial and technological development. I am convinced that sovereignty and leadership cannot be achieved without our own Russian technologies. Through comprehensive cooperation between the bank and the region, we finance a wide range of projects. All of this is a step towards import independence and maintaining the country’s leading positions in critical technologies, where oil and gas, of course, serve as drivers for the development of all other industries."
Aisen Nikolaev added,
"The oil and gas sectors remain a strategic foundation of the economy, and amid Western restrictions, domestic technologies and sustainable import substitution mechanisms have become especially important. It is on this basis that a new level of international cooperation is built. Despite the withdrawal of some foreign partners, Russian regions over recent years have managed to establish joint productions that not only fill critical gaps but also demonstrate advanced results in several areas."
The events demonstrated the importance of consolidating efforts among the business sector, the government, and financial institutions to achieve technological sovereignty and sustainable development of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.
