In August 26−28, 2025 Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum and Kazan Oil, Gas&Chemistry International Petrochemical Exhibition — one of the largest industry events took place at Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
In accordance with the order of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, on the occasion of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War in 2025, Kazan Expo ANO together with the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a patriotic exposition "Twice Winners" dedicated to the contribution of oil workers, chemists and gas workers of the Tatar ASSR to the Great Victory.
Materials from 17 organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan were used to create the exhibition space, including:

2. The House Museum of academicians A. E. and B. A. Arbuzov of the A. E. Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences;

5. Kazan National Research Technological University;
6. Kazan Federal University;
7. KVART JSC;
8. Kazan University History Museum;
9. Oil Museum of Tatneft PJSC;

11. Nefis Cosmetics JSC;
12. NPP Tasma LLC;
13. Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin PJSC;

Over 400 unique exhibits and materials are located on an area of 800 m2.:
• Historical documents (orders, protocols, resolutions, contracts, photographs, notes, letters, books and other materials);
• Stands dedicated to scientific achievements;
• Awards (originals) of the participants of the Great Patriotic War;
• Rock samples with bitumen content, which are prerequisites for the development of the oil industry in Tatarstan;
• Military clothing from the Great Patriotic War (suit of an acid production worker);
• Chemists' personal belongings and household items;
• Unique samples of TASSR enterprises' products produced during the war (medicines, catgut, soap, candles, film reel, durite sleeves, etc.),
• Mockups of weapons and historical exhibits (mock up of shot of the BM-13 Katyusha self-propelled rocket artillery system, shell casings for anti-tank and naval guns);
• Video materials about academicians A.E. and B. A. Arbuzov and about Professor G. H. Kamai, the unique experience of oil production in the TASSR and Vystrel search party.

• Stands dedicated to scientific achievements;

The patriotic exposition was presented as part of the official tour of Kazan Oil, Gas&Chemistry exhibition, headed by Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan and distinguished guests, including Minister of Petroleum and Ecology of the Kingdom of Bahrain His Excellency Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Daina; Deputy Minister for the Oil and Gas Industry and Natural Resources of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates His Excellency Saif Saeed Ghobash Al-Marri; Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Chairman of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Energy Aysen Sergeyevich Nikolayev; Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Evgeny Petrovich Grabchak, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Mikhail Igorevich Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Mikhail Nikolaevich Yurin and other distinguished guests.
The exposition was opened by chemical industry enterprises, which, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, were awarded the title "Enterprise of Labor Valor. 1941−1945" in 2022 to preserve the military-historical and labor heritage. Presently this title has been awarded to 25 enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, 7 of which were presented at the exhibition.
The exposition was opened by chemical industry enterprises, which, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, were awarded the title "Enterprise of Labor Valor. 1941−1945" in 2022 to preserve the military-historical and labor heritage. Students of Kazan Federal University of the Snezhnyj desant search party also took part and made their contribution by demonstrating the importance of preserving the memory of the heroism of the defenders of the Motherland. Search party carry out this mission and serve as a reliable bridge between the past and the present, ensuring continuity of memory.
More than 6,000 guests from 16 countries visited the patriotic exhibition "Twice Winners" and discovered the multifaceted history of the TASSR: not only front-line exploits, but also the greatest labor heroism in the rear, which turned the region into a powerful industrial arsenal.
The organization of this project served as a significant tool for the patriotic education of young people, allowed to present the historical heritage and contribution of the petrochemical industry to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
