As part of the Kazan Oil, Gas & Chemistry International Petrochemical Exhibition, a large-scale job fair had success at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The event became a key career platform for professionals seeking to develop within the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.

A particularly popular area was the consultation zone, where HR specialists assisted job seekers with employment opportunities. Over 400 individuals received personalized recommendations, and 35 participants secured employment placements on-site.
The event’s keynote speaker, Timur Mullin, Director of the Employment Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, highlighted the increasing demand for engineering and technical specialists: projections indicate that by 2029, Tatarstan will require an additional 36,400 engineers.
